“SEASIDE FORAGE”
Start with breakfast at the famous Depot in Bondi Beach and an introduction from our forage expert.
Walk from the famous Bondi Beach to Bronte via the northern headland and learn about the most common edible seaweeds, coastal wild food, seaside plants and their uses from an indigenous and cosmopolitan perspective.
We will touch on legal restrictions, ecology and fragility of ecosystems, stewardship and care for the land and sea.
This is an informative workshop designed to empower people with identification skills.
Wrap up the day with a BBQ lunch and refreshments cooked by a chef.
